how to do this recipe step by step :
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and start beating the mixture until it forms a thick and fluffy white foam. This will take you about ten minutes. This step is very important, because poorly beaten eggs will not make a good biscuit.
Then take room temperature kefir, add baking soda to it and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Add red dye to the liquid mixture of baking soda and kefir, mix thoroughly to ensure homogeneous color and even distribution of dye. The amount of red dye is approximate; if you find the batter pale add a little more to achieve the desired color.
Pour into the bright mixture vegetable refined oil, which is odorless and tasteless. It is important to take exactly the quality oil, which will not spoil the finished dessert with its taste.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl. Mix the dry ingredients very thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Sift the mixture of dry ingredients into a container with the egg-sugar mixture, stir, and then pour in the bright kefir component. All these ingredients should be thoroughly whipped with a mixer, so that everything is well mixed until completely homogeneous.
Take two molds of 20-22 centimeters in diameter, divide the dough evenly in half and pour it into the molds. The bottom of the forms for baking can be covered with baking paper.
Put the forms with biscuits in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, checking the readiness of the biscuits at the end of cooking with a toothpick or match.
Let the two finished cakes cool, then cut them in half crosswise. You can do this with string.
To prepare the cream, chill the cream in the refrigerator, then whip it thoroughly with a mixer until it is a solid mass.
In a second bowl, combine the cream cheese and powder, and then whisk as well as the cream.
Gradually add the cream to the curd mixture, stirring the ingredients gently with a spatula or spoon so that the cream does not fall off.
When all the preparations are done, it’s time to start assembling the cake. Place the first cake on a plate and then spread some of the cream on it. Spread the cream evenly over the surface of the cake with a spatula.
Place another biscuit on top of the thick layer of cream and repeat the process of spreading the cream, then repeat the steps until the biscuits are done.
Spread the very top layer of cake also generously with the cream, and butter the sides of the cake as well. Use a spatula or knife to smooth out the cream on the surface and sides of the cake so that it is perfectly smooth.
You can then decorate your cake in any way you wish, from berries or nuts to shaped patterns using a baking bag and cream.
