Ingredients for 4 servings:
240 g flour
milk 220 ml
cinnamon on the tip of a knife
eggs 4 pcs.
sugar 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
soda doused with vinegar 0.5 tsp.
butter (for greasing) how much is needed
maple syrup to taste or honey
We add the whites to the batter.
You end up with about this consistency of pancake batter.
Turn the pancakes only when the top is tightened.

American pancakes, recipe with cinnamon. The pancakes turn out very appetizing.
How to make American pancakes (pancakes):
- Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. We put all the egg whites in the fridge. We mix yolks with sugar and cinnamon.
- Add milk to the yolks.
- Pour into the yolk mixture sifted flour, without stopping to stir. Add baking soda and vinegar.
- 4. Salt the egg whites and beat at high speed in a mixer to a stiff foam until stiff peaks.
- With a tablespoon add the protein mass in the batter and mix gently from bottom to top.
- Put the pan on medium (or slightly less) heat, grease with butter just once.
- Spoon the batter onto the pan. I did this with a dessert spoon, I had 4 dessert spoons per pancake.
- Flip the pancakes when the top is completely tight, this is about 1.5 minutes.
- Place the finished American pancakes on a plate and brush each one with butter. In America, pancakes are drizzled with maple syrup, but I didn’t venture out in search of it and used honey.
The pancakes are on the table.
